Delta x The Masters

Delta welcomed the world to The Masters with an airport takeover worthy of the game’s greatest tradition. From their first steps off the plane to picking up their bags, patrons were treated to a first class immersive experience to kick off their Masters weekend.

The main corridor of the Augusta Airport hosted our Fly Through experience—an on-course walkthrough of Augusta’s Second Nine. Featuring original slow TV video content, each hole’s namesake florals and accompanying informational plaques, patrons were given a unique first look at the course.

Subtle aromas of magnolia, azalea, gardenia, pine and fresh-cut grass paired with ambient birds and course sounds completed the sensory experience.

Fly Through

Blue florals among white and red stood out as Delta hubs in a map of the U.S. that invoked the classic Masters logo. A photo op on the other side called back to The Masters “Under the Umbrellas” social series, allowing patrons to snap a pic of themselves under the iconic umbrellas.

Baggage Claim

A fully-wrapped jet bridge greeted passengers with their first steps off the plane. Augusta National imagery seamlessly blended with Delta’s core brand messaging to create a visually stunning introduction to The Masters. To top it off, a Jimmy Roberts voiceover track welcomed patrons to Augusta… No one better connects the world to golf than Delta Air Lines.
